This charming homestead received two renovated bathrooms maintaining the timber floor and extending the main bathroom for accommodating the bath.
The tile insert Linear Drain in shower floor provides a flat symmetrical look and the flat sloping surface is also nice to stand on.
The existing hardwood timber deck had that old charm look and had served the owners well over many decades, but was in need of replacing due to old age.
Some new joists and wide merbau decking boards will serve this home well for a number of decades to come.

My extension required a builder that could solve design issues I was having due to many various limitations set by the existing building. Monaco Construction has worked on repairs and refurbishments on five properties which are owned by myself and my wife. Cain Wilks is reliable and thorough. Two of the projects involved units in a high rise which only has one lift. This required minimising of the usage of the lift. There are also issues of handling noise and rubbish removal. Cain and his subcontractors handled this well and have subsequently performed work for several other unit owners and the Body Corporate. Some of the work was done with my wife and I living in the unit and Cain minimised the disruption involved. I have no reservations in recommending Monaco Construction”
