Monaco Construction has worked on repairs and refurbishments on five properties which are owned by myself and my wife. Cain Wilks is reliable and thorough. Two of the projects involved units in a high rise which only has one lift. This required minimising of the usage of the lift. There are also issues of handling noise and rubbish removal. Cain and his subcontractors handled this well and have subsequently performed work for several other unit owners and the Body Corporate. Some of the work was done with my wife and I living in the unit and Cain minimised the disruption involved. I have no reservations in recommending Monaco Construction”
